Registration & Payment
To complete your registration, please submit your tuition payment by August 7, 2026.
You can pay in one of two ways:
- Credit card: Use the form below.
- Check: Make payable to WYldlife Fund and mail to PO Box 890, Buffalo, WY 82834. Include “WCLDP Registration” in the memo line.
If your agency or organization requires an invoice, please contact us right away so we can issue one.

Due to the upfront costs of conducting this course, WCLDP is unable to refund tuition payments unless there are extenuating circumstances. For questions or concerns, please contact the course coordinator, Charlie Sperry, at sperryrun100@gmail.com or text or call (406) 431-5602.
Our goal is to avoid timelines that might prevent government employees from attending the course due to a potential government shutdown. During the unforeseen chance that this situation arises, we will continue with the course due to the investments in course planning, contracts, and associated venue arrangements.
